Directions:
- To Have NO WHITE showing- Brighten colors by using 1 drop per ML. For example, 10ML=10 Drops
- To Have Little White Showing Through Colors= Use 2 drops per ML. This will brighten your colors, and have some white shining through to give your project a unique and classy look.
